The Courtyard and Party Room is a fantastic choice for smaller gatherings of up to 100-125 guests. Located at the back of the building with approximately 2000 square feet of open dance floor with a bar area. This space also includes access to a 2,000 sq ft outdoor patio which includes tables, chairs, and outdoor bar tables. It offers lots of shade a quiet are for your guests to enjoy.

The Hardware Store is a larger setting accommodating around 200-250 guests. This area features about 7,000 square feet which includes an upstairs balcony, bridal suite and full-sized kitchen. All three spaces can be rented together or separately depending on the size of your event.
